Established in 2012, TWS (The Watch Spy) is a VAT-registered, boutique watch retailer that has been buying and selling quality, premium watches, mainly specialising in pre-owned Rolex, Omega, Cartier and other high-end brands. Our intention is to supply the best watches we can source and sell at the most competitive prices. Every watch comes with a Watch Register Certificate and is checked and appraised by a qualified watchmaker prior to sale so we have every confidence in providing our 12 month warranty. All of our watches are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before they go on sale and a light polish will only take place if we think it is worth doing. We take pride in our customer service levels and our mission is to make the watch buying process as smooth as possible. TWS is also an authorised dealer for Everest, Carapaz and Tempomat accessories. HOW DO YOU AUTHENTICATE YOUR WATCHES?

We have access to a number of independent, accredited watchmakers and specialists who carry out an appraisal of our watches. In addition our watches are cross-referenced with The Watch Register (www.thewatchregister.com). Watches without original paperwork are given a full appraisal by a specialist third party who produces a comprehensive report for us. These resources also allow us to provide optional servicing, polishing and repair facilities to our customers.

CAN I PART EXCHANGE OR SELL YOU MY WATCH?

We can certainly consider your own watch in part exchange subject to the usual due diligence checks we carry out when evaluating any watch we are considering purchasing. We would also always endeavour to give you the fairest price possible within our capabilities especially to help you acquire your desired future purchase.

CAN YOU SELL MY WATCH FOR ME?

 

Yes we can. We offer a consignment sale service which means we take care of the sales and marketing process of your watch which while in our care is kept in a fully-insured safe storage facility. All viewings take place at our secure office in Tunbridge Wells and any offers are only accepted with the express approval of the watch owner. CAN YOU FIND A WATCH FOR ME?

Because of our extensive trade contacts we would be very happy to find you the watch of your dreams. if we don’t have the watch you are searching for in stock then we would do our best to source one for you. 

 

HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?

​

The fastest and most cost-effective way to pay is via direct bank transfer after we provide you with an invoice. Please note that items can only be released subject to receipt of cleared funds.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

​

After the payment has cleared into our bank account your watch can either be shipped to you via DHL Express Delivery or collected from our Tunbridge Wells office whichever is the most convenient for you. Please kindly note that we do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.

 

WHAT WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER?
